Delivery within 3 - 5 working days
We offer a free delivery service in all the regions in Lebanon for orders above of $100.
We prepare your items from Monday to Friday. An order placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. The delivery fee is $4 all over Lebanon and subject to change as per the fluctuation market rate of the fuel.
Deliveries are done between 8am and 5pm
The customer can select a delivery time in coordination with our delivery services.
- The delivery in Beirut and its suburbs is processed within 3 to 5 working days (not including weekends).
- The delivery outside Beirut is processed within 5 to 7 working days (not including Weekends)
The delivery for international orders is processed within 10 to 15 working days depending on the final destination. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

Please note that international shipping is calculated at a flat rate for up to two (2) items. For any additional items, extra charges will apply based on the weight and destination.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to calculate these charges in advance and cannot be held responsible for them.
In the event that a customer refuses to pay customs duties or taxes upon arrival and the shipment is returned to us, all abandonment fees, return shipping, and customs charges will be deducted from the order total. If these fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
During the sale period or promotion, these delays can be extended, but we can guarantee a full mobilization of our team for your delivery.
For a delivery to a store, the orders usually arrive the next day out of the sale period.
